KRISTINA SINGISER, AIA, LEED AP
Kristina Singiser has thirteen years' experience in all facets of design and construction, with particular emphasis on educational facilities. As Project Manager/Architect and Construction Administrator, she has successfully coordinated complex projects involving multiple disciplines, from preliminary design through construction administration. In these various capacities, Kristina has worked extensively with state and public agencies involved with school projects, including the Division of the State Architect (DSA), California Department of Education, the Office of Public School Construction, and the Health Department.
She began her tenure with the firm in 2005 as an integral part of the team on the $130-million UCLA Northwest Campus Housing project, and since 2007 has served as Project Manager of UCLAs $270-million Student Housing Infill project. As such, she supervises all client interaction, coordinates the efforts of the project team, consultants and the associate architect, and will shepherd the project through design and construction. As Project Administrator, Kristina also oversaw the design and construction, at an accelerated schedule, of The Pearl rock concert venue at The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. She also served as Project Architect for the Seattle University's Lemieux Library project through design development. Kristina graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science/Architecture from California Polytechnic State University Pomona. |
